I host/co-facilitate a number of support groups in the Boulder area:
Surviving To Thriving Divorce Recovery Program – This small group program is designed for men and women seeking clarity and understanding about the end of their relationship, and hope and optimism for the future, in a supportive, non-judgmental, confidential setting. Sessions are held in the Winter, Fall and Spring.
Divorce 911 – This group is designed for men and women who are considering divorce or who are in the early stages. The sessions on focused on the logistics and practicalities. We cover five topic areas:
- Getting started with divorce
- Divorce mediation
- Financial preparations
- Parenting and divorce
- Housing options
These sessions are an efficient and cost-effective way to gather information about divorce and what it may mean for you. The group is organized through Meetup.com however there is no need to join the group if you are concerned about privacy. You can contact me directly.
Wildflower Group – Boulder – This group is for women in transition due to divorce or widowhood. The focus of the group is on self-care, healing and recovery. We meet at least monthly and cover a wide variety of topics including fears about money, forgiveness, divorce rituals, updating your personal style and dating. Again, the group is organized through Meetup.com but if you’d prefer, you can contact me directly.
The Wildflower Group is part of a growing nationwide network of support groups. Learn more in this feature on the Today show:
